I first started work at Airlanka in 1981 and was there till 1985. I was lucky to work in many different depts. such as cargo, ramp and terminal. Tks to Airlanka, I have very good knowledge in all these areas.

Thereafter, I went to the USA and did my airline degree at PanAm in New York. In 1987, I joined Thomas Cook Overseas Ltd where I worked for 18 years as Manager of the Bambalapitiya branch. I have also had the opportunity to escort groups around the world.

I am also JP all Island certified. My first love is cricket, then my wife and family, although I tell them it’s the other way around !!

I do enjoy table tennis too in my free time.
